We are looking for someone who wants to contribute in the role of administrator within the diary and archive. Our work environment is characterized by helpfulness and the conditions are family-friendly. Our common task is to create societal benefit.
The unit for operational support has about 45 employees working in the areas of finance, HR, service, security, diary and archive, legal affairs, and control of funds from certain EU programs.
You will be part of a team of seven people working with diary registration, archiving, support, and internal training in diary and archive issues, as well as overall operational follow-up. The team has a collaborative working method where everyone should be able to perform most basic tasks to reduce vulnerability.

Job Responsibilities
You will work with diary registration and archiving, provide support to the County Administrative Board's employees on diary and archive issues, and conduct quality follow-ups. You will also distribute documents internally and to citizens and may also be responsible for producing various types of control or routine documents and conducting training sessions.
Job responsibilities and working methods change in line with citizens' needs, digital development, and the missions of the County Administrative Boards. Therefore, other tasks may also become relevant. How these tasks are distributed will depend on the needs of the team and your experience.
Common Job Responsibilities:
- Diary registration and archiving
- Provide support to the County Administrative Board's employees on diary and archive issues
- Conduct quality follow-ups
- Distribute documents internally and to citizens.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a university degree in relevant subjects for the position or other education/experience deemed equivalent
- Has several years of experience in diary registration in case management systems at a government agency or municipality
- Is good at expressing themselves in speech and writing
- Is development-oriented and has a holistic view.
We consider it an advantage if you also have:
- Experience in archiving or case management at a government agency or municipality
- Experience with the County Administrative Board's case management system Platina.
To thrive in this role, you need to be self-driven and flexible. It is also important to have good collaboration skills and be service-oriented.
In the selection process, we will place great emphasis on your personal suitability for the position. Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
Conditions
The position is a permanent employment and a probationary period may apply.
The position will involve a security clearance before taking up the position and requires that the person hired is a Swedish citizen.
